Cancellations / Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for choosing Skin Innovations.
Our time, like yours is valuable. A courtesy call of 24 hours is greatly appreciated for any cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.
To avoid any fees or charges, we have set in place a confirmation reminder call / SMS 24 hours prior to your appointment. A reply is needed by 1.00pm to ensure your appointment time is secured.
To avoid any inconvenience, please advise us when you have a new telephone number.
If your booking is for complimentary treatment and cancelled and rescheduled less than 24 hours, you will lose your entitlement to have your treatment.
Fees and Charges
Please note that if your treatment is 1 hour or more, a deposit of $30 or your credit card details will be required to secure your booking.
A cancellation fee of 30% will be charged if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours.
If your treatment is from Gift Voucher or a series of prepaid sessions, a full treatment will be redeemed.
Prepaid sessions
All salon treatments and prepaid sessions are non-refundable.
Prepaid sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within the period.
Arrivals
If this is your first visit to Skin innovations, please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment time to a complete consultation form and enjoy the full experience of your treatment.
If you are late, unfortunately you will lose the part of your precious treatment time in consideration of the next client.
Mobile Phones
To guarantee a peaceful and relaxing experience for all Skin Innovations guests, please ensure all mobile phones are switched off or remain on silent for the duration of your treatments including waiting area.
Children
Due to Occupational Health and Safety procedures and the equipment used, we do not permit any children in our treatment rooms.
Children under the age of 12 may be seated in our waiting area if accompanied by an adult.
Children are not the responsibility of our staff members.
Medical Conditions
Please advise us of any health concerns, medication you are taking and any known skin allergies that may affect your treatment.
Please inform us if you are pregnant, we are happy to advise you on suitable treatments.
Gift Vouchers
We require your gift voucher number when you make your appointment and the Gift voucher has to be presented on the day of your appointment.
- Your gift voucher will be redeemed if 24 hours-notice is not given for cancellation and rescheduling.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are not refundable and redeemed for cash
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Refunds and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you:
- Simply change your mind or make a wrong decision
- Provide no proof of purchase (please retain your receipt for proof of purchase)
- We may exchange your product only if unopened and undamaged within 14 days of purchase.
- If you skin reaction or allergies occur, please contact us immediately.
